A lot of Playstation 4 players are complaining about problems when downloading the 1.14 gigabyte day one patch for Grand Theft Auto V. Some people are unable to download the patch at all, with others being able to start the download but is interrupted with the error code CE-32937-4.
And for some gamers it's even worse. They get booted out of the game when playing to do the update, which of course then doesn't work. Rockstar has yet to offer a workaround.
This is the second time today we've reported on problems with the new version of Grand Theft Auto V. If it's somehow connected to the troublesome 2.0 update for PlayStation 4 is unknown, but MCV writes that Sony do have problems right now with the console and their recent games Driveclub and Singstar: Ultimate Party has had more than a fair share of complaints and bugs.
If you're not dying to play GTA Online you may want to turn off PSN before starting to play GTAV on PS4 - just to be on the safe side. Rockstar themselves report that it's a "regional issue" (that will sort itself soon enough) and that updates to help the transfer of accounts from PS3 and Xbox 360 to PS4 and Xbox One are on the way.
Thanks, MCV.
