Destiny update nerfs exotic weapons

The latest update for Bungie's Destiny have caused a great deal of aggrevation among the fans, and the reason is that the exotic weapons have been made weaker (or nerfed). Bungie writes both in their forums and on Twitter that this has been unintentionally, but they're working on getting it fixed in the next weekly update.

On their forum page Bungie is apologising and at the same time asking the community to report on any strangely acting weapons. Here follows some of the report made by the user pabsttime:

• Atheons Epilogue=less critical damage
• Vision of Confluence= less critical damage
• Gjallohorn is doing less damage. Both initial rocket damage and wolfpack rounds.
• I give up testing. Clearly every exotic and raid weapon got the nerf hammer. Including Heavy Ammo perks on armor.
