Bungie tease upcoming Destiny events

As would be expected in the wake of Destiny's release, Bungie have started rolling out weekend objectives and specific events in-game, all offering Rewards to focus player attention on different game modes.

From today through to Monday, the competitive multiplayer of Crucible is being highlighted with Combined Arms, which offers a focus on "vehicular combat". From the 23 September through to 6 October, there'll be new Bounties via tougher missions, with the story themed around the Reef.

At the moment it's a little vague as to exactly what these will be - is it just slightly altered gameplay conditions for Crucible and new Bounties to pick up from The Tower with promise of better gear drops? Either way we'll be jumping on to find out ourselves - have a look at the official site.
