Oculus Connect starts this evening

Two-day conference on VR tech opens, catch some of the talks on stream.

Oculus Rift's own inaugural conference, Oculus Connect, kicks off this evening, and over the two day event there'll be a range of keynotes and presentations by developers working with the VR tech.

The technology's flourished since its initial crowd-funded Kickstarter campaign, with high profile names such as id's John Carmack joining the company, and a number of very interesting titles (such as time-stopping puzzle shooter Superhot, and 3D platformer Lucky's Tale) being developed to utilise the headset.

The California-based event opens at 5pm local time (1am BST), and you watch some of the talks live. The full schedule for the weekend's talks can be found here.
