Word on the street is that there is an outside possibility that Activision is about to announce a near-future setting for Black Ops 2, when the game is officially announced next month.
A YouTube video by FPSRussia shows a demo for quad-rotor RC attack drone, the presenter explaining: "This is truly a weapon of the future..... If you can't wait 10-15 years my sources tell me that this beauty might be in the next Call of Duty game."
Interestingly, at the end of the trailer a little message pops up that reads: "A big thank you to the makers of Call of Duty for sponsoring this video." Make of that what you will.
A futuristic setting would be a massive departure for the Black Ops branch of the franchise, and it remains to be seen if Activision are prepared to leave behind the Cold War setting that proved so popular last time around.
"It's made up of some of the most boring missions in the history of the franchise...at times this feels like a pastiche - a parody."
He played the game's villain, Raul Menendez.

Treyarch really should stop portraying real people in their games.
