Bethesda has just announced that the next Xbox 360 update for Skyrim will include Kinect integration.

Adventurers braving the mountainous expanse of Skyrim will soon be able to enhance their in-game experience using Kinect-powered voice commands in the game. The new feature will allow gamers to activate the menus, issue orders to followers, use dragon shouts and select hotkeyed equipment.

Using the new voice commands, gamers will be able to save and load games, enjoy new special map functions and, perhaps most interestingly, there'll be the ability to sort through inventoried items by name, weight and value. A full list of voice commands will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Kinect integration is one of several promised free updates by Bethesda, who are also currently working on more Xbox 360 exclusive content for Skyrim.
