A lot of people who have downloaded the latest patch for Mass Effect 3 have come across a rather annoying bug. The game crashes upon start up. As the game attempts to contact EA servers no progress is made and players can't even get to the main menu of the game.
It appears this issue is predominately found with the Xbox 360 version, and Bioware are aware of the problems and are working towards a solution.
We return to the mushroom shaped space station at the heart of the Terminus System.

It would have been similar to the way the trilogy actually concluded, but with a few important tweaks here and there.
