Destiny gets new Beta trailer, details
17th July start for PS4, 23rd for Xbox One, both to finish on the 28th.

Your time on Destiny's beta later this month has been refined by Bungie and Activision, who have just announced kick-off begins at 5pm on July 17th for PS4, and the 23rd for Xbox One owners, with both platforms closing their betas on July 28th. There'll be a two day downtime for maintenance on the 21st and 22nd.
If you've got either console and want in, you'll need to pre-order the game to assure beta access. Participating retailers can be found here.
