Dragon Age: Inquisition producer Cameron Lee told us during our E3 interview that the game's done, and that they're on track for the October 10th release date this year.

"Everyday we're playing the game, reviewing the game," he replied when we asked what's the game plan for the next couple of months after E3's finished. "We have this massive list of bugs we need to go through and fix. From now to October 7th, ever single day its bug-fixing. The game's done. It's just a matter of polishing and fixing bugs, and we're done."

He also talked to us a little on changes the studio's making to the franchise this time round, from big things like locking you to one class ("we wanted to make the specialisations far more meaningful") to the little moments when you can interject in conversations between companions.

"For the first time we're going to let players interact when there's a bit of banter going on between the followers," Lee explains. "You may be running through the wilderness and suddenly Iron Bull and Sera may have this little conversation going and you've options: take Sera's side or decide to say this smartarse comment over here. It's a great new system, and great new characters."

"It seems as if Bioware have taken a lot of the criticism directed at Dragon Age 2 to heart and done all in their power to right the wrongs."
