Assassin's Creed III packshot

American Revolution confirmed.

Late last night Ubisoft posted the cover of the upcoming Assassin's Creed III on their Twitter feed. As you can see it pretty much confirms the rumours that the game is set during the American Revolution. And taking a look at the assassin's choice of weapons it would be easy to jump to the conclusion that there will be some kind of native American angle in there as well.

Ubisoft have announced that further details on Assassin's Creed III will be released on Monday at 5pm (BST). Stay tuned!
