Details of Take Two's legal action

Take Two are seeking to get some of their lost investment and possible the source code and assets to the game in order to port it to Xbox 360. Apparently Take Two attempted to have Apogee / 3D Realms develop an Xbox 360 version of the game, but Apogee refused the proposed deal earlier this year. Meanwhile it can be gathered from Take Two's complaint that they believe money from Apogee has been wired to off shore accounts. The last chapter on Duke Nukem Forever has not been written...
