Firaxis and 2K Games revealed a new game at a panel at PAX East in Boston today - Civilization: Beyond Earth. As the title implies it takes place after Civilization's classic space race, and in a way it could be said to be a sequel of sorts to Alpha Centauri. Civilization: Beyond Earth is due out on PC this autumn.
"As part of an expedition sent to find a home beyond Earth, lead your people into a new frontier, explore and colonize an alien planet and create a new civilization in space."
