Just weeks after an official price drop brought the price of an Xbox One down under £400, leading retailers Amazon and Asda are now offering the console - along with a copy of Titanfall - for £349.99. That's the pretty much the same price as a PlayStation 4 (without a game).
Given that the Xbox One hasn't sold as well as PlayStation 4 since both consoles launched last year, this might be just the tonic needed to boost sales for Microsoft's flagship console. The main questions now are how long the price will remain inline with that of PS4, and whether this retailer-driven price drop will be followed by an official move.
