Blizzard announces Hearthstone's Curse of Naxxramas

The first singleplayer adventure for the collectible card game.

Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft is a major success story, but one element that has been missing up to this point are the adventures that Blizzard have teased in the past.

Curse of Naxxramas is based on the classic instance from World of Warcraft. A series of fights in each of the five wings of Naxxramas will play out over the course of five weeks. At the end of each wing there will be a chest containing a legendary. A total of 30 new cards are part of the expansion. "As with The Arena, price of entry for Naxx will be payable with in-game gold OR real cashola, take your pick."
