FIFA 12 ends year on high

Football tops final chart of 2011.

The results of the last chart of the year (week ending December 31) are in, and it is EA Sports' FIFA 12 that takes the honours ahead of combatants Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3.

No new releases made it to the market and Star Wars: The Old Republic dropped from tenth to a mere 38th spot on the all formats charts.
