At a recent event to see The Crew, we were able to sit down with Julian Gerighty, the game's director, to find out more about the MMO racer (you can read the full interview when it lands on the website in a couple of days).

One of the things that we wanted to know what was if they're planning on supporting the game with additional content in the future.

"I'm a big believer in it," he told us. "I cannot say definitive plans because it's still in negotiation, but I'm a big believer in it. I think this is a game that deserves that sort of treatment. It's what I want to do."

We then asked whether they'd be tempted to open up the already sizable map of the U.S., or add new details to the map? Perhaps different islands to explore, or new countries?

"For me there's so much there already that I think we could do a lot with events, new skills, new missions, stuff like that - without new geography. So that's what I'd definitely prefer to do with it."

We also asked if there were plans to introduce some sort of system for players to create their own content?

"I absolutely love the idea, but I can't talk about it right now," he explained with a smile on his face. "I love the idea. I agree with you, we're on the same page."

REVIEW. Written by Morten Bækkelund

"You'll get a lot of fun out of The Crew, unless you come to the table expecting a revolutionary MMO racer."
