Titanfall aimbotters to be ‘rooted out'

Titanfall, just a couple of days old, is already beset by cheaters, after Respawn Tweeted that they knew about the situation, and stated in no uncertain terms that those seeking out an unfair advantage "will be rooted out shortly".

Some gamers are said to be using aimbots - PC software that allows a player to quickly auto-aim their cursor on an enemy target - to gain an advantage on the battlefield.

We've thoroughly enjoyed our time with Respawn's sci-fi shooter so far (you can read our review here), and we'll be playing some more today on our Livestream at 3pm GMT. Hopefully we won't be caught in the sights of someone using aimbot software...
