Watch Dogs still coming to Wii U

Last week there was a report that Italian GameStop were contacting customers who had pre-ordered Watch Dogs on Wii U saying the game had been cancelled by Ubisoft. And late last week, Kotaku echoed something similar in America, however, they quickly updated the story as it seemed something was amiss and Watch Dogs Wii U is still available for pre-order at GameStop. Meanwhile, Joystiq reports that the Italian GameStop issue was due to some kind of error on GameStop's part and that it is once again available for pre-order.

Ubisoft on their part have remained silent throughout, perhaps knowing that the game is still coming...
