Rumour: Is Watch Dogs cancelled on Wii U?

Here's a rumour to start off your morning. Wiitalia reports that Italian GameStop are telling their customers that the Wii U version of Watch Dogs has been cancelled. This isn't anything official (naturally), but it could be that Ubisoft in Italy somehow let slip this ahead of schedule. It's hard to fathom this just being a case of GameStop deciding not to carry the Wii U version even if that's also a possibility and they are actually saying outright to customers trying to pre-order the game that Ubisoft cancelled it.

This rumour is spreading like a brushfire so expect Ubisoft to formally comment on it very soon.
