Final Fantasy XIV coming to PS4 in April

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is heading to PlayStation 4 next year, with the release date of the MMO said to be April 2014. According to Siliconera the official launch will come after a beta period that starts on February 22 (which, incidentally, is the same day the console launches in Japan).
Players will be able to upgrade a PS3 version of the game to PS4 for free, but won't then be able to go back to the older version of the game from then on. You can read our review of the PlayStation 3 version of the game here.
