Is Lindsay Lohan suing Rockstar?

According to reports, Lindsey Lohan is in the process of suing Rockstar and is claiming that the studio used her likeness in the recently released Grand Theft Auto V.

Website TMZ says that "anonymous sources" have informed them that Lohan's lawyers are in the midst of constructing a lawsuit after allegedly using her likeness in the game with her permission.

Evidence mentioned in the report includes an in-game mission where Franklin escorts a blond actress away from paprazzi, another where players photograph a redheaded actress in what looks like a fictitious representation of the Chateau Marmont hotel (a hotel that Lohan once lived at), and a piece of artwork of a bikini-clad girl holding an iFruit phone (below).

There's no official word on any of this. Just unconfirmed "sources" and some speculative evidence. We don't know whether Lohan has filed a claim, intends to file a claim, or indeed has any knowledge of any of this. As soon as we know more, we'll let you know.
