Red Ring of Death?

Have you guys ever experienced the horrible Red Ring of Death/Doom/D'oh?

My launch console lasted until last summer when it was struck by the Red Ring of Death - it's back in working condition with a new motherboard. Of course looking at all of Gamereactor there has been plenty of broken Xbox 360 consoles over the years.
