On the eve of Kirby's latest adventure for 3DS, we play the first two levels of the beloved pink ball's very first adventure for the NES. It came out in 1993 as a sequel of previous year's debut for the original Game Boy, and both were Masahiro Sakurai's proposal for beginner gamers. Pretty different to Mario's, Kirby's games have always been more frantic and accessible. This game also marks the first appearance of the trademark copying power of the round hero - it might not be 25 different abilities as in the 2014 3DS game, but possibilities and variety were really nice, and graphics were crazy for a NES game, as you can see with this Retro Gameplay clip.
